Loving Yourself

Hey everyone sorry i haven't been on for so long. I've been trying to keep up with my blog and school work and its getting kinda hard. I'm a really easily distracted person so i find it hard to sit straight and just do my homework so my homework take FVR ugh. Anyways today i wanted to give this " loving yourself" speech a go because its a subject that i've REALLY struggled with and i hope my opinion shakes someone out there :)

So, loving yourself? what does it mean to me? well.. to me, it means that you embrace your personality, talent, likes, dislikes, and accept who you are and not STRIVE to be like someone else because you literally just love who you are. There is a HUGE difference between someone who is "narcissistic" and someone who loves themself. Narcissistic people are self absorbed and obsessed with their looks. These kinds of people just know they are gorgeous and make it so obvious that they don't need compliments from anyone. I mean don't get me wrong, it's definitely okay to love the way you look. But confidence and being obsessed are very different. But on the other hand there are people who just hate themselves. They hate the way they look, they hate the way their hair looks, the way they sing, the way they walk, they just hate themselves and always look at what others tend to do and try to copy. I've been there and that just leaves you with an empty heart and can lead to depression if it gets serious. ITS NOT WORTH IT. You have been made by a wonderful creator and if you really think that your life isn't worth it or should be like someone else, you are not living your life the way it was created for. Every one is different. If the world was made with 6 billion people who were all alike? that would be incredibly boring. Don't be scared to be yourself!! Wear what YOU want, Listen to the kind of music YOU like, and when you start to do that. You will be rather happy :)) not saying your life will be perfect all of a sudden but, it'll be incredibly better.
